ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

All abstracts should be submitted via the online abstract submission system. Abstracts submitted by post, fax or mail cannot be accepted. All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English. When submitting the abstract, the author can choose the preferred presentation method. You can submit more than one abstract in the same abstract category or different abstract categories. The corresponding author and presenting author must be identified when submitting an abstract. Changes cannot be made after the submission of the abstract. Please ensure that your abstract does not contain spelling, grammar, or scientific mistakes, as it will be reproduced exactly as it is.

Abstract Requirement

Title of presentation: Please avoid abbreviations in the title. Abbreviations may be used in the text if they are defined when first used.

Abstract: Please choose a brief title (a maximum of 100 characters) that clearly indicates the content of the abstract. The abstract must not exceed 250 words. The abstract should include objectives, methods, main results, and conclusion of the study. The abstract should be text only (no figure or image).

Keywords: Please indicate 3-5 keywords for your abstract.

Poster Design Considerations

Font Size: Title (85-100 pts), section headers (50-60 pts), body text (24-36 pts).

Colors: Use contrasting colors for background and text. Avoid overwhelming the viewer with too many colors.

Layout: Organize the sections in a logical flow, often arranged in columns to guide the reader’s eye.

Graphics: Use graphs, tables, or illustrations to present data clearly.
