The campus is set in a lush green environment of rich tea plantations over undulating hillocks, which is around 2 km off the NH27. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to reach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From Guwahati Railway Station<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One can easily avail cabs (Ola, Uber or local taxis) from <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/4S7A1PRrhfAFTHct7\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/4S7A1PRrhfAFTHct7\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Guwahati Railway Station<\/strong><\/a> at Paltan Bazaar right up to the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/8WjPECNm19YZbvwP6\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/8WjPECNm19YZbvwP6\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>ADBU main campus<\/strong><\/a>. The trip spans a distance of approximately 20 km and the cab fares may vary from \u20b9400 to \u20b9600 (depending on the time of the day) and may take between 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One can also avail local public transport: city bus to <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/1JrsjnSw6pSBcmDz9\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/1JrsjnSw6pSBcmDz9\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Khanapara<\/strong><\/a> followed by local shared taxi to <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/9DxghGjx8Kh4iG3R6\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/9DxghGjx8Kh4iG3R6\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Kamarkuchi bus stop<\/strong><\/a> on NH27. Thereafter, one can avail any of the locally available autos to cover the last 2 km to the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/8WjPECNm19YZbvwP6\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/8WjPECNm19YZbvwP6\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>ADBU main campus<\/strong><\/a>. This mode of transport is much more economical and could cost under \u20b970. The trip spans a distance of approximately 42 km and the cab fares may vary from \u20b9600 to \u20b9900 (depending on the time of the day) and may take between 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One can also avail the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/astc.assam.gov.in\/portlets\/airport-kamakhya-bus-services\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/astc.assam.gov.in\/portlets\/airport-kamakhya-bus-services\"><strong>state-run ASTC shuttles<\/strong><\/a> from the airport to different locations in the city.
