1. It is mandatory for all delegates (and accompanying person/s) to arrive with a COVID-19 negative report (RAT/RT-PCR/TruNat/CBNAAT) tested within 72 hours of their arrival at the campus.
  2. Those who have recovered from COVID-19 within the last 3 months are exempted from the above requirement on production of proper documents.
  3. Participants should bring their own mask and hand sanitizers and use them as and when necessary as per the standard hygiene practices for general public recommended by the WHO to be followed during the prevailing COVID-19 situation.
  4. Social/physical distancing for offline delegates would be practiced during the conference to the extent possible.
  5. Given the prevailing COVID-19 situation, it is recommended that delegates having symptoms of COVID-19 do not attend the conference.
  6. For participants unable to undertake COVID-19 test in their place of origin, they may do a Rapid Antigen Test at the Sonapur Block PHC, located approximately 8 kms from the conference venue.
