The conference will be held within the main campus of Assam Don Bosco University at Tapesia Gardens in Sonapur, Assam. The campus is set in a lush green environment of rich tea plantations over undulating hillocks, which is around 2 km off the NH27.
How to reach
From Guwahati Railway Station
One can easily avail cabs (Ola, Uber or local taxis) from Guwahati Railway Station at Paltan Bazaar right up to the ADBU main campus. The trip spans a distance of approximately 20 km and the cab fares may vary from ₹400 to ₹600 (depending on the time of the day) and may take between 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the traffic.
One can also avail local public transport: city bus to Khanapara followed by local shared taxi to Kamarkuchi bus stop on NH27. Thereafter, one can avail any of the locally available autos to cover the last 2 km to the ADBU main campus. This mode of transport is much more economical and could cost under ₹70. However, this could take between 2 to 3 hours to reach ADBU.
From Guwahati Airport
One can easily avail cabs (Ola, Uber or local taxis) from Lokopriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport at Borjhar right up to the ADBU main campus. The trip spans a distance of approximately 42 km and the cab fares may vary from ₹600 to ₹900 (depending on the time of the day) and may take between 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the traffic.
One can also avail the state-run ASTC shuttles from the airport to different locations in the city. From any of these locations, one can next take a city bus to Khanapara followed by local shared taxi to Kamarkuchi bus stop on NH27. Thereafter, one can avail any of the locally available autos to cover the last 2 km to the ADBU main campus. This mode of transport is much more economical and could cost under ₹200. However, this could take between 3 to 4 hours to reach ADBU.

Inside ADBU campus
Limited accommodation is available on request within the university guest house on individual (₹1000) and twin-sharing (₹500) basis. Because of limited number of available rooms, accommodation inside the campus may not always be guaranteed and would be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis (if available).
